User access

No user can access Easynsure without registering - a combination of a user name and password is required to enter into an Easynsure account.

By registering with Easynsure, you take full responsibility for controlling who has access to your Easynsure account. If you choose, you may nominate other authorised users to access your account.

You have full control over authorised users and can modify their permissions or terminate their access.

Your password

You take full responsibility for keeping your password safe. Easynsure does not have access to your password and if required you may retrieve it here.

Here are some tips for keeping your password safe:

• Select a strong password.
  We recommend a minimum of six characters with a combination of alpha-numeric characters
• Change your password frequently.
  You should change your password at least once a month.
• Keep your computer and other devices secure
  You should not store your password on a mobile or other devices that can be compromised
• Do not disclose your password to others
  You can nominate other people to access your account through Easynsure's user management page. Never disclose your user details directly.

SSL

Our servers are secured with industry-grade SSL certificates. This ensures that any information between you and Easynsure is encrypted with best practice encryption algorithms.

You can always check that you are interacting with Easynsure by checking the SSL certificate.

Physical security

Easynsure has selected a hosting provider deemed to provide the most appropriate security measures. All servers are located in a start of the art enterprise data centre facility.

• Video surveillance across the entire facility

Network security

All access to our servers is controlled by dedicated firewalls, intrusion protection systems and routers. We employ appropriate measures to review our network security measures to ensure that your data is safe.

Where a potential security threat is identified, it will be addressed by applying an appropriate system or infrastructure upgrade.

Data backup

We take utmost care to ensure that your data remains intact and accessible. Easynsure runs daily offsite backups allowing us to recover your data if necessary.

Security audit

Easynsure performs internal and external independent security audits to ensure that our applications and infrastructure remain safe. We conduct penetrative testing and other exercises aimed at compromising the system.

Contingency

The Internet is an inherently insecure place and a 100% system security cannot be guaranteed. In case of a system breach or failure, Easynsure promises to react immediately and apply appropriate measures to remedy any issues.

We will make every effort to alert you of any such occurences, expected resolution timeframes and steps taken to remedy any issues.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for complying with the term and conditions, and ensuring that you do not attempt to purposely compromise Easynsure.
